General Sales ships using the most efficient method available: FedEx, UPS or Common Carrier Freight. Payment procedures must be accepted before items will be consigned to a carrier. If you need liftgate delivery, please make sure to specify so ahead of time. Please inspect all shipments thoroughly for shortages and damage. Any damage must be documented with the freight carrier at the time of delivery and it is the customer’s responsibility to file freight claims immediately with the carrier’s claims department. Please speak with you salesperson for futher details.

General Sales offers delivery and setting in place of all equipment sold by our company. We also offer free delivery on our scheduled routes for smallwares orders over $100.00. Contact your sales rep for more details. 

All returns must be approved and received in unused condition, in original packaging, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges both ways. Customer must prepay return shipping. Special order items are non-returnable. Returns can not be accepted more than 30 days after original shipping. Warranty All new products come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
